Day 1: Initiation and Enrollment

  • 3-Day Professional Edge Workshop:
    The course begins with an intensive 3-day Professional Edge Workshop aimed at providing a hands-on introduction to key concepts. This workshop ensures that each candidate passing out is well equipped to crack the toughest of job interviews.
  • Enrollment of Candidates:
    During the workshop, participants will formally enroll in the TAM course. This process includes verifying eligibility, filling out necessary documentation, and establishing access to the course's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • CTA-Udemy Business License Registration:
    Candidates will also receive licenses to access CTA-Udemy Business courses. This step involves registering for the Udemy platform and ensuring that all participants have the necessary access to the curated courses in their respective Learning Path that will supplement their learning.

Day 3 to 4th Week: Online Learning and Webinars

  • Udemy Courses on Information Systems:
    Following the initial workshop, participants will engage in online learning through Udemy courses specifically selected for their relevance to Information Systems. These courses provide foundational knowledge and allow participants to learn at their own pace.
  • Professional Edge(Online Materials and Webinars):
    In addition to the Udemy courses, participants will have access to online materials through our LMS and webinars focused on reinforcing the concepts related to Professional Edge. The webinars are designed to provide further insights and opportunities for interaction with instructors.

5th to 14th Week: Core TAM Content with Practical Application

  • TAM Content from LMS:
    During this period, participants will dive into the core content of the TAM course, available through the LMS. The content is structured into weekly modules covering only taxation and accounting relevant to the real world.
  • Weekly Assessment:
    To ensure retention and understanding, participants will undergo weekly assessments. These assessments will evaluate their grasp of the material and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Weekly Webinar for Practicals:
    Complementing the theoretical content, a webinar will be held once a week focusing on practical applications. These sessions will include case studies, problem-solving exercises, and discussions on real-life scenarios, allowing participants to apply their knowledge in a controlled environment.

From 15th Week: Internship (10 Weeks)

  • Internship:
    Starting from the 15th week, participants will begin 10-week internship with partner organizations. This internship is a key component of the TAM course, providing on-the-job experience in taxation and accounting. Participants will work on real projects, gaining invaluable practical experience under the supervision of experienced professionals.
  • Mentorship and Support:
    Throughout the internship, participants will receive ongoing mentorship and support from course instructors. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions will be conducted to monitor progress and address any challenges faced during the internship.

The TAM course methodology is designed to be immersive and practical, ensuring that participants not only learn theoretical concepts but also gain hands-on experience in taxation and accounting.
