For a Hotel,  Food and Beverage service is a critical department. This course is designed to provide the knowledge required to get an entry into this profession. The 5 modules cover a wide range of topics , from various F&B outlets, their functions, the departmental organisation and hierarchy to the use of different F&B  equipment, French Classical Menu, various types of services and about Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic beverage, includiing their production and service.

Each module has a quiz for the students to assess their learning and a Certificate of Completion will be provided at the end of the course.
